On September 6th, I had the honor to play in one of my previous home towns where I rarely get to perform. I was at the kids stage of the Oak Harbor Music Festival!

What better way to engage kids at a music festival than to get them to compose and record an original song with me right there at the show! I asked the kids to say what was their favorite instrument they had seen at the music festival. They showed their creativity with names of instruments or just the sounds that the instruments make. So cool! The resulting remix of their sounds is this original song is called My Favorite Instrument.

The organizers did an amazing job decorating my tent, and the kids—and their parents and guardians—were so engaged and participative. I had an absolute blast!

Thank you so much for joining me and making it such a fun day. I got to spend the rest of the day as a spectator at this amazing festival, one I've always wanted to attend. Kudos to Larry Mason and the entire crew at OH Music Festival. Amazing work! I hope to see you all again next year!
